Inquirers' and New Members class
For those who are interested in joining or learning more about St. Luke's, the Church offers an Inquirers' and New Members' Class. These classes (series of 6) are held quarterly. Our Spring will be held April 22 through May 20, during the Sunday School hour (9:30-10:40 a.m.) in the Session room (just off the mail lobby). Anyone interested in learning more about St. Luke's is welcome to drop in as your schedule allows. Questions? Contact Jason Whitener at jasonwhitener@slpres.org.
Joining
If you wish to join St. Luke's, you may do so after completing the New Member classes, by meeting with the Session. In the Presbyterian Church, members will be received by Profession of Faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, by Reaffirmation of Faith, or by Transfer of Letter from another Christian church. The church will arrange to transfer your membership after you meet with the Session if necessary.
